Metaltec solutions

Metalsolvus has developed a patented Metaltec solution for the Heat treatment industry. Solutions allow the acquisition, storage, and information processing, of data coming from the furnaces and transformed in useful outputs, in terms of installation management, production reporting, and quality control.

Three solutions were developed:

Metaltec V1 – Automatic creation of HT reports 

Metaltec V2 – Autiomatic HT cycle approval

Metaltec V3 – Supervision of the installation + production reporting + indicators of efficiency + Delays control + Automatic cycle validation
